Bit of cut and paste

I went to the Scala theatre museum to see a costume exhibition, it was beautiful, the costumes weren't period more Eastern European gypsy and folkish. Unfortunately I couldn't take photographs, the memorabilia there documented the theatres star performers on and off stage and also the influence of the composers, Verdi and Motzart with their locks of hair in lockets and paintings of Verdi dead. It was a preference for the older generations it seemed but i really liked it, its grand and over the top but the objects displayed in the white and gold glass cabinets told were really similar in appearance and content to what I want to create, portraits and objects preserved through hanging objects. The costumes were amazing if not a little unsettling.
