Keepsafe Keepsakes.

I'm preoccupied from time to time with the way in which objects are displayed. I aspire to treat objects with the value they require and deserve. But unfortunately, I forget.
I noticed this morning where I may have picked up this irritating habit, when I remembered my mums jewellery box. A selection of precious, sentimental pieces are in one box, untangled but still under appreciated. Next to it was an old shoe of one of mine or my sisters. Then a pile of junk jewellery, in a tangled mess. She has two lockets, I have one.
I'm thinking about where I would like my jewellery to end up, on the junk pile, clearly not. In the sentimental box, out of my control possibly but certainly attainable.
